SAINT CATHARINES, Ontario -- Niagara Regional Police are looking for additional witnesses in Niagara after the arrest of an Ottawa man on child porn charges.An investigation into the sexual exploitation of children that began this month resulted in a search warrant for an Ottawa residence, where police there seized computer systems and storage media for forensic examination.
Richard Fortier, 31, is being held in custody in Niagara. He is charged with two counts of making available child pornography, two counts of accessing child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.
