Chinese kindergarten teacher violently slams a Deaf pupil on the floor before kicking him repeatedly because 'he is too naughty'.

SHENYANG, China -- Daily Mail: This is the shocking moment a Chinese kindergarten teacher violently slams a Deaf pupil on the floor before repeatedly kicking him for being 'too naughty'.

The footage was reportedly taken in September 2016 in the city of Shenyang and later uploaded online on January 12, reports the People's Daily Online.

The kindergarten later revealed that the woman involved in the incident has been dismissed. Staff at the school named Haitun Ying'er Kindergarten admitted on January 12 that the incident had occurred.

In the footage, a child can be seen lying on the floor while another child and the woman are sat down.

She can then be seen grabbing the child as it makes a noise.

Becoming increasingly frustrated, she then pushes the child around before then slamming the child against the floor.

She then starts kicking and scolding the child as it continues to cry.

According to reports, the woman also pinched the child and said that he was 'too naughty'.

The footage was taken by a member of staff who said that the school's principal had threatened him.

The creator of the video said that the woman conducting the vicious beating was surnamed Zhang.

They also said that the child had been attending the school for a long time and the parents to not take the child back home every day.

Zhang has been dismissed but another person also responsible for beating in the school was not allowed to come in for two days.

There have been over 7,000 comments on the video.

One user commented: 'Those without a caring heart should not be a kindergarten teacher.'

And another said: 'She doesn't deserve to be a teacher.'

While another wrote: 'The kindergarten should raise their standard for recruitment.'

Heroes Award ‘Deaf People Can Achieve Anything’

‘Deaf people can achieve anything’ A hero student given bravery award after saving dozen pupils from fire.

PRETORIA, SA -- The National Disability Heroes Award 2015 was presented to Thabang Moruti on Friday in recognition of his heroic act in risking his life to go into a burning school and save the lives of 13 Deaf girls.

Moruti, who is in Grade 12 at the North West Secondary School for the Deaf in Leeudoringstad, told African News Agency that, for him, his award symbolised that “Deaf people can achieve anything”.

He recounted in South African Sign Language (SASL) how he woke up after midnight, around 1am in the morning on August 24, 2015, and realised the girls hostel was on fire.

Moruti was a delegate at the National Disability Rights Summit this week and shared his experience of what happened that night.

He said he just woke up without the help of warning lights, which should be in place at a school for the Deaf in case of an emergency, and realised that the building had caught alight.

“I ran outside and climbed up a tree outside the building to the second floor into the building and brought each girl outside, down the tree.”

Thinking back, the shy 21-year-old hero said the experience had “sparked an interest in firefighting”.

He said he wanted to become a firefighter and play a role in educating people with disabilities in communities, especially Deaf people, about the importance of fire safety.

Moruti said that during the summit he had learnt the importance of equal rights for people with disabilities.

“Deaf and Hearing people should be equal,” he said. The rights of people with disabilities should not lag behind the rights of able-bodied people.

WATCH: Perished learners of N West School for the Deaf laid to rest.

Three Deaf students, who died in a fire at the Northwest School for Deaf in Leeudoringstad, will be buried at their respective home towns on weekend.

They died when their school hostel was gutted with fire on Monday morning. Over 50 others were injured.

The funerals for the three students preceded by a highly emotional memorial service that was held on Friday at Leeudoringstad.

Sixteen year old Katlego Diseko, will be buried at Ikopeleng village in Ramatlabama just outside Mahikeng.

Another learner, 18 year old Bulelwa Koni will be buried in Klerksdorp, while 22-year-old Emily Oageng will be laid to rest at Kuruman in the Northern Cape on Sunday.

Provincial Departmental officials from education, including MEC Wendy Matsemela are expected to attend the funerals.

JOHANNESBURG -- Deaf pupils had to jump from the first floor of the Northwest School for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Children hostel in Leeudoringstad in the North West, after it became engulfed by fire.

Three pupils died and 23 were injured were injured and at least 40 beds destroyed in the early morning blaze.

North West police spokesperson Major Pelonomi Makau told eNCA: “Twenty three learners are being treated for smoke inhalation and minor injuries caused by jumping from the first floor to the ground floor to escape the fire.

“They were rushed to Nic Bodenstein Hospital in Wolmaranstad where they are currently receiving treatment,” she added.

In a statement, North West Premier Supra Mahumapelo said: “Damages at the school include one hostel which hosts 40 beds, an administration block, a computer laboratory and two teachers’ flats.

Mahumapelo, who extended his condolences to the families of the dead pupils, said a technical committee had been set up to intervene at the school...

Deaf School Was Warned of Imminent Fire - The Northwest School for Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Children hostel was warned that it did not comply with the needs of the learners.

According to the Deaf Federation of South Africa , the warning was by US based Rochester Institute of Technology when they visited the school.

"Rochester Institute of Technology identified that the school does not comply to needs for Deaf Learners if there should be a fire, this report was handed to the Department of Education in the North West and nothing was done to ensure that Deaf learner’s safety needs are addressed," DeafSA said in a statement...

HAVANA, Cuba -- An anonymous posted on YouTube, share a footage of young Deaf girl pupils learning a salsa choreography at school in Sancti Spiritus.

A footage shows how much skin girls around the country of Cuba are allowed to bare? Some people understands in the "salsa" culture that influences from Latin America, particularly Cuba and Puerto Rico.

This dancing lessons suppose be in private dance studio, instead in public school which the Deaf community find disgusting and sparked a chorus of outrage after girl pupils dressing "too sexy" which is an inappropriate dress codes at school.

This footage must be one of the most difficult for school administrators, often caught between a rock and a hard place with students, parents, their personal beliefs, traditions and cultures. There are many ways to consider the usefulness, purpose, intent and effects of dress codes in Cuba.
