Cogswell Hall is a dorm the students noticed that something a strange wandering around and has been rumor that there is possbile the paranormal activity ghost at #411 room at Cogswell Hall when it remained that way all night time, because there was the case that a student who was murdered at Gallaudet's dorm campus on Sept. 28, 2000, in which the murder that shocks the Deaf and HoH community.
