'I can’t breathe!' Footage of fatal arrest shows Minneapolis officer kneeling on George Floyd’s neck for several minutes, the protesters demanding justice for George Floyd.

MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota -- Warning Footage Distressing: The protesters clashed with police after the death of George Floyd. George Floyd, a 46-year-old Black man from Minnesota, died on May 25. Footage showed a Minneapolis police officer kneeling on his neck for approximately 9 minutes while he was handcuffed on the ground. George Floyd died shortly thereafter in the hospital.

This surveillance camera captured additional footage of George Floyd’s fatal arrest in Minneapolis, a second camera angle shows George Floyd’s arrest, which eventually led to the 46-year-old Black man’s death and prompted protests calling for justice for George Floyd across the Nation and country of Minnesota.

Surveillance camera footage from a nearby restaurant shows what appears to be the first contact between George Floyd and Minneapolis police officers. George Floyd died shortly after his contact with the officers.

Woman Who Captured George Floyd Killing Returns To Scene:

George Floyd cried that he could not breathe and begged for his mother 'I can’t breathe. My neck hurts. Everything hurts. They are going to kill me. Say my name.'

The woman who recorded the now-viral footage of police killing George Floyd returned to the scene the next day to recount the traumatic experience.

Darnella Frazier, who filmed cops kneel on George Floyd’s neck, revisited the emotional scene the next day. Thousands of protesters gathered around the intersection where Floyd pleaded for his life as he was pinned to the ground, dying just hours later in the hospital. The police say they were responding to a report of forgery in progress and claim that Floyd physically resisted arrest. Four of the officers involved have been fired, but Floyd’s family is calling for their arrests.

The citywide protests demanding justice for George Floyd. They reportedly started peacefully. Some protesters allegedly began throwing rocks and breaking windows out of police cars. The Minneapolis Police responded forcefully by firing rubber bullets, tear gas, and stun grenades into the crowd.

A Minneapolis police precinct was set on fire during the third day of protests demanding justice for George Floyd in Minneapolis.

Minneapolis' third precinct was reportedly set on fire at approx 10 pm local time on May 28. Mayor Jacob Frey evacuated the police station but said policing in the area would continue in Minneapolis and St.Paul.

Minnesota Gov. Vows 'Swift Action' and 'Justice' For George Floyd:

Minnesota Governor Tim Walz pledged "swift action" in the investigation into the Minneapolis police officers responsible for the death of George Floyd, saying “George Floyd didn’t deserve to die, but George Floyd does deserve justice.” He added, "“the lack of humanity in the video made me physically ill.”

Police Pepper Sprays Deaf Man

Watch raw footage of the Paterson police using mace and for other tactics as they arrested a man many in the crowd told them was Deaf.

PATERSON, NJ -- Police can be seen in a video using pepper spray on an apparently Deaf man, forcing his head down during the process.

Now the mayor and the county prosecutor are looking into whether the police took the proper steps during the arrest, after the video has gone viral.

Police were on Godwin Avenue making a traffic stop that resulted in a drug arrest, law enforcement sources told NorthJersey.com. The website cited law enforcement sources identifying the man arrested as Raaseon Adams, who was not involved in the drug arrest, but was in the area at the time.

The video was taken by a Facebook user who identified himself as Moet Spa, and who gave New Jersey 101.5 permission to post a copy with profanity edited out.

In the video, the street can be seen jammed with cars and a moving truck, with a man, Adams banging on the trunk of a car before approaching the officers. Adams, who appears in the video unable to speak clearly, approached the officers with one asking "can I help you?" People in the area can be heard telling the officers that Adams is Deaf. Several videos on Adams' Facebook page show him communicating strictly through sign language or by typing in the comment section.

A woman can be seen approaching Adams and telling him "you bugging" as she tries to move him away from the police and calm in down, in order to avoid having him arrested. One officer yells at him: "Yo, walk away," as Adams approaches." A minute later, the same officer appears to be laughing as Adams makes groaning noises and yells incoherently.

Eventually, Adams can be seen walking away and toward a police vehicle when three officers sweep into view and attempt to arrest him. It's not clear in the video what he did immediately prior to that moment.

Adams appears worked up and is shouting, and eventually goes down on the sidewalk with several officers around him. Despite pleas from the crowd not to mace him, and telling Adams to relax, an officer can be seen appearing to spray him at least once while Adams is on the ground and seems to be at least partially restrained.

Shortly after, with two officers appear to be trying to pick Adams off the ground, when he and the two officers move sharply back down; it appears Adams' head may bang the sidewalk with the cops' hands on the back of his head. As one officer tries to circle around, another still holding Adams hits him in the back of his head with his elbow or forearm while yelling something - possibly "give me your arm" or "give me your eyes."

At points during the struggle, Adams appears to be pointing to his leg while trying to say something. Several people in the crowd say he has a bad leg.

As the incident continues the crowd also becomes louder and appears to grow. At one point what looks like a glass object is thrown near the officers and can be heard shattering.

Eventually, Adams is handcuffed and led away by police.

One officer can be heard telling the person recording the incident that there's "no need for this," and that the man behind the camera "should have controlled this."

Mayor Andre Sayegh told NorthJersey that since learning of the incident and the video he has been in contact with "numerous community leaders" ensuring them that an independent investigation would be launched. He was expected to hold a meeting with community leaders on Monday and did not return a call or email seeking comment from New Jersey 101.5.

Chief Troy Oswald told the website that his officers exercised "great restraint," but said the incident would be investigated.

Public Safety Director Jerry Speziale told New Jersey 101.5 that the matter had been referred to the Passaic County Prosecutor's Office. Chief Assistant Prosecutor Mary Catherine Ryan confirmed that the incident had been sent to the prosecutor's office, but said any questions about the status of the officers should be directed to the police department.

NorthJersey.com said law enforcement sources confirmed Adams was charged with resisting arrest. The names of the officers involved have not been released, but the website said all are still on duty as the investigation continues.

Activists rally over fatal police shooting death of Deaf man, Magdiel Sanchez.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Dozens of protesters marched in downtown Oklahoma City to call for justice days after a 35-year-old Deaf man was fatally shot by OCPD officer.

Activists from groups including Black Lives Matter Oklahoma, American Indian Movement and the Oklahoma Association of the Deaf marched Sunday afternoon from City Hall to police headquarters in the "Justice For Magdiel Sanchez" rally.

Police have said officers responding to a hit-and-run accident Tuesday encountered Sanchez holding a metal pipe. Witnesses yelled, "he can't hear you" before the officers fired, but police said the officers didn't hear them.

One officer fired a Taser at Sanchez and the other a gun.

Family members of Sanchez called Friday for the arrest of the officer who fatally shot him and state and federal investigations into the matter.

Protest Demands Justice For Slain Deaf Women

Deaf News: Haiti protest demands justice for three slain Deaf women.

PORT AU PRINCE, HAITI -- Wednesday, March 30 at a press conference several organizations defending the rights of the disabled: the Haitian Society for Aid to the Blind (SHAA), the National Associative Network for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities (RANIPH), the National Federation of the Deaf of Haiti (FNSH) and the Association of Deaf of évèque, Haiti (ASLH) came together to denounce the triple murder of three Deaf women, lynched after being taken for "witches", while they sought only a place to sleep in the zone of Haut Damier, area near Cabaret on March 18 in Port Au Prince, Haiti.

These organizations who for a long time struggle to enforce the rights of the disabled, launched an appeal of distress and sadness to the authorities to ensure respect for the rights of disabled people in the country. They require government: justice and compensation for the families of 3 women cowardly murdered (Jésula Germain, mère de six enfants, Vanessa Prévil and Monique Vincent).

Upset, Gérald Oriol Jr., Secretary of State for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities, strongly condemned these crimes "This is unthinkable in our society that such crimes be committed" recalling that one of the three victims was pregnant three months. Gérald Oriol Jr believes that society should say no to violence, no to discrimination.

For Dr. Michel A. Pean, coordinator of the SHAA "it is time to question the customs and outdated traditions of certain elements of Haitian culture..."

In addition, in a statement, the Board of Directors of the Arche Haiti, points out that "these odious crimes, remind that committed on our revered dumb musician Ti-Pierre in the 1990s. They challenge our conscience. It is time that the judicial authorities take into account, as well as all other citizens of the country, the needs of disabled victims. It is worth remembering that any person affected by intellectual disabilities and / or physical is a full persons that deserves the consideration of everyone."

Friday, April 1, to honor the memory of the three victims a march is planned in Port-au-Prince, the gathering and departure will take place at 8:00 am in front of the St. Vincent Center and will end in sit-in front of the Ministry of Justice.

Arizona probes accusation of conflicts at Arizona Schools for the Deaf & Blind, Superintendent, board president focus of protests, complaints.

TUCSON, AZ -- Two state agencies are investigating the superintendent and board president of the Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and the Blind for potential conflicts of interest and excessive travel expenses.

Superintendent Robert Hill and ASDB Board President Bernhardt Jones also have been the focus of multiple protests at school's two main campuses in Tucson and Phoenix over the last two weeks. Students, parents and former employees have called for the two to resign because of a lack of leadership and poor communication with the staff. Among the concerns:

• Possible conflicts of interest: Hill and Jones have a private business relationship outside their ASDB positions. Jones is the director of TASK12, which administers the Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment for a $310 testing fee. Five years ago, parents, staff, and community members gathered to ensure that Arizona School for the Deaf and Blind's campuses were truly accessible to American Sign Language (ASL) for the students and staff as well as fostering positive changes in the curriculum in order to advance deaf education.

Today, we find that our students' education is now at risk because of haphazard administrative decisions and questionable conduct by Superintendent Robert Hill, including several allegations of discriminatory conduct in regards to staff (female/sexual) and disability (Deaf).

WATCH [ASL/CC] - News footage perspective in 1987 at northeast campus of Gallaudet University.

WASHINGTON -- On August 24, 1987, Gallaudet's 6th president, Dr. Jerry Lee, announced that he would be leaving the presidency of Gallaudet University.

It prompted new (or rekindled) discussion among the Deaf community that it is time for Gallaudet to have a Deaf president leading the one and only Deaf university in the world. The search committee narrowed down from 67 applicants to 3 finalists: Dr. Harvey Corson (Deaf), Dr. Elizabeth Zinser (hearing), and Dr. I. King Jordan (Deaf).

On March 6, 1988, it was expected that the board would announce the new 7th president in the field house at 8:30 pm. Instead of making a formal announcement, the audience was told that "a news release had been hastily distributed two hours earlier" revealing that Dr. Elizabeth Zinser has been selected as first 7th president of Gallaudet University.

The reaction to the news was "met with shock, anger, disbelief, and, in some cases, tears" because every effort were made to the Gallaudet Board of Trustees with strong urgency that it is time for Gallaudet to have a Deaf president to lead the university. Upon the selection of Dr. Zinser, the birth of the now well-known Deaf President Now (DPN) protest officially began.

Justin James Bridges, a local musician and American Sign Language translator for Occupy Portland, was allegedly assaulted by the police during the camp clean out on Sunday afternoon.

Deaf Man Allegedly Raped At OWS Protest

Deaf young man allegedly raped at Occupy Wall Street protest.

NEW YORK CITY -- In a video posted on YouTube Monday, a woman identifying herself as an Occupy Wall Street protester says that a young, Deaf man was allegedly raped at New York's Zuccotti Park. Worse yet, the incident was not reported to police. Acording to the protester in the video, drugs and assault are becoming a real problem at the protest in New York City.

Irma Grese was a lesbian nurse in the SS Heatherdoom that operated in Nazi concentration camps and homosexually assaulted her victims and forced them to do sex acts before she killed them. The Nazi's were radical leftist that set out to destroy Judeo/Christian values and encouraged that kind of behavior. "Atheist nations are sheer horror, the absense of religion makes you a monster" she said.
